Rent a tent!

If you don’t want to bring your tent with you, we have a perfect solution – we can rent you one!

We have two types of tents available:

Quechua Arpenaz 2+ tent – 2 people, 2 storage areas and flysheet.

Price: 45€ (+45€ deposit on-site)

Quechua Arpenaz 3+ tent –  3 people, 2 storage areas, double roof.

Price: 55€ (+55€ deposit on-site)

Some rules:

  1. The maximum leasing period is from Saturday July 22nd at 13:00 to Sunday July 30th at 13:00.
  2. The price is the same for every time of leasing period.
  3. To hire a tent you need to fill a form below and pay a rent fee (prices above) by the end of June. You will receive the details of payment on the confirmation e-mail.
  4. At the convention you will be asked for a deposit in the same amount that renting price. The deposit will be returned at the end of leasing period. Tents returned damaged, missing poles or excessively dirty, could mean the loss of your deposit.
  5. We are not responsible for damage or theft of your belongings.
  6. You are considered to have returned the leased tent when it is checked by authorised person.
